According to the game's FAQ[6], your PC must meet or exceed the following requirements to run this game:

[edit] Console cheats

Press [~] to open the command line, where you can type the cheats. When typing cheats, the keyboard may be considered as a QWERTY keyboard, so you may want to have a look at the QWERTY layout to find the keys. The cheats are case-insensitive. Interestingly, most of these cheats work in Fallout New Vegas too (even lots of item codes are the same).

While you're in the console, you can also select an element (a door, an NPC, etc) by clicking it, then you can use the following commands on it:

[edit] Trainer

[Psych] from RADiANCE Team made a +14 trainer with the following options:

NB: when using F6/F7, be wary of the F5/F9 keys (quick save/load)

You can download this trainer here:

NB: this trainer may cause the game to crash because of conflicts with some security programs (antivirus/firewall) and/or with xlive. If this is the case, you can either check the RADiANCE team forums for help, or simply use the console cheats, which are quite complete actually.
