GTR 2 is a sports car racing simulator developed under license by Blimey for SimBin for Windows. It's a sequel to GTR.

In order to run GTR 2, your PC must meet or exceed the following requirements[2]

Cheats
Unlocker
To unlock all locked contents, create an empty file named SDNDTG.DYN in the game root folder. To lock things back as they would be without this cheat, just delete the file (if you finish a task that would unlock contents while this cheat is enabled, the concerned contents will remain unlocked after deactivating the cheat).
