Edit hitman2.ini (in your Hitman2 directory), and replace DefaultScene=AllLevels/logos.gms with DefaultScene=AllLevels/levelmenu.gms.
[edit] Cheat codes
To enable the cheats, edit Hitman2.ini in your Hitman2 directory, and add EnableCheats at the end. Then you can type the following codes during the game. NB: even if you don't have a QWERTY keyboard, you'll have to type the cheat codes as if you had a QWERTY layout. You should also make sure that you type these codes slowly, and that your inventory is closed when you finish typing the code (for instance, if your inventory is bound to key "I", you should start typing IOIGIVES with your inventory opened, so it will close, open and close while you type the code).
- IOIRULEZ: toggles god mode
- IOIGIVES: gives all weapons and items
- IOIHITLEIF: replinishes health
- IOISLO: toggles slow motion
- IOIER: toggles "bomb mode"
- IOIHITALI: toggles "Ali mode"
- IOILEPOW: toggles special attack mode
- IOIGRV: toggles gravity
- IOINGUN: toggles nail rifle mode
- IOIPOWER: toggles megaforce

You can use the following button combination during the game (except for the level cheat, which has to be entered in the main menu):
